A Company deployed to LSA Anaconda now called Joint Base Balad (JBB). During their deployment the Cable team pulled over 60 miles of fiber Optic Cable, over 600 thousand feet of Cat5, Connceted 25 thousand RJ-45's, and used over 6 thousand Hotmelt Conecters.

Supporting Joint Base Balad, the largest forward logistics base in the world, the Company wasted no time setting up operations and improving the communications infrastructure on the base. During the deployment, they connected nearly 60 more unit buildings to the fiber optic cable network and attracted multiple other units to migrate from their own leased networks to the base infrastructure including Special Forces groups, the 20th Engineer Brigade, and many others. They generated purchase requests for over $2 million worth of equipment and materials for infrastructure and facilities improvements; established standard operating procedures for their help desk and TCF operations; and accomplished numerous upgrades to the enterprise network at Joint Base Balad, including migrating exchange services to VMWare, creating an ADPE computer baselining facility, and implementing CAC log-in. They also worked and planned with the Air Force to make strides to make one Joint communications network and infrastructure on Balad.
